Who is this competition for?

GISD STEAMposium Math Esports Challenge is for all Garland ISD students in grades 3 through 8 who have a valid, DimensionU account. Not sure if your account qualifies? Ask your teacher or email us at tournaments@dimensionu.com.

Which of my points count toward my total score?

We'll take your highest math game score of the day as your daily score. Then, we'll add all your daily scores together to get your final score.

We will award 3 prizes for each grade band.

Grade Band (3-5) a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Amazon Gift Card will be awarded.

Grade Band (6-8) a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Amazon Gift Card will be awarded.

What are the competition hours?

7:00 AM CT – 8:00 PM CT

What happens if there is a tie?

In the event of a scoring tie, the student who earned those points FIRST in the day will be the winner.

Points earned by students in the following levels will count toward your score:

When will winners be announced?

You should track points at the leaderboard throughout the competition. Winners will be verified before prizes are distributed. Announcement of all winners will take place during the week of April 24th.

Any indication of cheating by a player will result in immediate disqualification from this, and future, DimensionU competitions. DimensionU has sole discretion in removing a player from the competition.
